Ingen are looking for a person to help run the sales operational side of the business. We need someone who is organised, open minded and eager to learn and who can take on the role full time.
This is not a technical role but it will would be advantageous if you have experience in IT/ network equipment and or hardware sales. You will have to learn about the Peplink product set, so you can answer enquiries that come in via email or phone.
The Sales Administrator will need to use our online order processing and pricing platform and the stock control system to assist resellers and customers with quotes, placing an order and fulfilling stock.
Over time and with self-initiated training and immersion in the role you will be expected to learn enough about the products to answer technical queries, advise on product selection choices and introduce new products to our resellers but this will be supported by our in house technical teams.
